Tuesday, June 03, 2008 Ride'm Cowboy!

66. Sometimes your best-laid plans go awry. They really mess up, or so it seems. Most of the time you have your plans, your orderliness. You have grand ideas of what you are going to do and accomplish, and everything goes up in the air when some unexpected event occurs. To some of you more orderly types, that can drive you crazy. But it is a bit like "chaos theory," when some very small initial change leads to really unexpected results.

67. You had planned to go from A to B, but somehow you ended up at Z. Don't fret. Enjoy the journey. If you have prayed and committed things to Me, then expect Me to be keeping My end of the bargain and more. Sometimes you don't count on the "more," but the "more" is what you get when you are in business with Me. I've got a lot of plans, and sometimes I like to spring things on you, and suddenly everything seems to be going bananas.

68. When that happens, let go and let Me. I'm in the driver's seat and I'm taking you on the scenic tour. How do you know it is My doing and not the Enemy's? By the fruit in the long run‚ but you can also know by asking while you are in the middle of it. If it is My doing, you'll hear Me shouting, "Ride'm, cowboy! Enjoy the ride, it's gonna get wild!"
